“we put together workshops for the crews about to up-man onto a platform for commencement of drilling operations. As part of the workshops we introduced ‘Bongo Dave’ following lunch break. The message of all being in tune and playing together was extremely well presented through the use of the drums and was a fun and energetic start to the afternoon session.
